Welcome to the home page for the College of Undergraduate Business and Management. Our mission is to transform learning to develop tomorrow's business and organizational leaders.
Our programs have a dual focus—a strong foundation of knowledge in the content areas critical in business and management today, and an emphasis on the effective development and application of key skills and competencies important in the competitive, diverse, dynamic and global environments within which we work and live. We incorporate innovative and collaborative learning approaches throughout our curriculum. This helps you to develop good decision-making, leadership, teaming and organizational skills which are grounded in an understanding of current business and management ideas, thoughts and practices and which reflect strategic, critical thinking and systems perspectives.

Programs
Bachelor of Science in Business
This program provides a solid foundation in business, plus focused learning in one of 14 concentrations, including administration, marketing and others.
Bachelor of Science in Business/Management
The management concentration addresses human and fiscal resources management and other topics, including global business and productivity.
Certificates
Undergraduate business certificate programs are available in call center management, human resource management and project management.
University of Phoenix is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association. Additionally, most of our business programs are accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).
