Administrative Internship
University of Phoenix offers the following three credit-hour administrative internships:
ADM/592 Internship on the Supervisor
ADM/590 Internship on the Principalship
ADM/591 Internship on the Superintendency
Each internship provides an opportunity for the student to perform, under supervision, the activities that a regularly employed staff member in such a position would be expected to perform. Each internship experience requires 240 hours that may be completed in six weeks at forty hours per week, or in twelve weeks at twenty hours per week (available only to those students currently working in administrative positions). The student selects the school site as well as the site supervisor and University of Phoenix assigns the faculty member.
