Registration Policy and Procedures
Registration is required for all courses one week in advance. Telephone registration is accepted with MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover Card. Have your credit card and course information ready. You may also register by fax or mail.

Purchase Order Registration
To register with a purchase order it is recommended to follow the procedures established by your school district. A purchase order is required, and your full name and contact information. You may fax your paperwork to (480) 557-2557. All courses are required to be registered at least one week in advance of course start date. Registrations are not finalized until payment is received.
Purchase Orders or Letters of Credit can be accepted for payment by employers; however the employer must be approved for billing in advance by University of Phoenix. Students are ultimately responsible for all unpaid balances. To arrange for approved billing, please call (480) 557-2555.
Classes are subject to rescheduling or cancellation at any time. Please check the class schedule for class locations. No more than two courses (non-degree or degree) can be taken at any one time.
Attendance Policy
Attendance is mandatory for all in-classroom course hours. No exceptions.
Grade Policy
Continuing Education (non-degree) courses must be completed in the time allowed. āIā (incomplete) grades are issued only in extenuating circumstances and only at the discretion of the Campus College Chair.
Refund Policy
3-Credit Hour Courses
75% of the total tuition amount will be refunded to students who attend the first workshop of a 3-credit hour course without completing the remaining workshops. If more than the first workshop was attended, no refund will be issued.
1-Credit Hour Courses
Tuition will be charged in full even if only part of the course was attended.
Late Registration Policy
Any course scheduled less than one week prior to course start date is considered a late registration. Late registrations require an additional fee of $30.00 and can only be scheduled up to 72 hours prior to course start date. No exceptions.
Cancellation/Transfer Policy
Withdrawal/transfer within seven days prior to the first workshop of a course will result in a 100% tuition refund/credit, less a $15 processing fee.
