Dr. Joanne Principe

Dr. Joanne is a social scientist, researcher, writer, presenter, and speaker. She is a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Residence of the Center of Leadership Studies and Organizational Research at the College of Doctoral Studies in University of Phoenix. For over 30 years she has worked in progressive human capital management, organizational development, and change leader roles within industries such as legal, community enrichment nonprofit partnerships, and public/government with local, national, and global reach.

Dr. Vάzquez de Prίncipe is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Purposeful Advising & Coaching, LLC. The firm employs science-based strategic planning to help elevate individuals, organizations, and communities through experiential offerings for enhancing management ecosystems and catalyzing self-leadership. Dr. Joanne is an inspirational advocate, scholarly advisor, organizational culture transformation visionary, effectiveness sustainability architect, coach, developer, and thought leader.
