Dr. Joy Taylor, former classroom teacher, school principal, and district administrator with nearly forty years of experience in K-12 education, has been fortunate to work with a wide range of school improvement stakeholders. The first-generation college graduate fully embraces the role education, mentoring and strong relationships play in navigating a path to success in the world of public education. The child of an illiterate father and a mother with an elementary school education, Dr. Taylor has spent close to four decades giving back to students, their families, teachers and community agencies to build a bridge for future educators and school leaders.
