Dr. Patricia Battson

Dr. Patricia Battson completed the doctoral degree in 2019. Since then, Dr. Patricia has presented twice at the Knowledge Without Borders as part of the President’s Council for DEIB on the work the Research, Scholarship, and Thought Leadership team is doing to bring more awareness of DEIB to University of Phoenix staff and faculty. Currently, Dr. Patricia is working on DEIB research with the Center for Workplace Diversity and Inclusion Research team. Dr. Patricia works at University of Phoenix as an Academic Research Analyst in the Resolution Services department and has been with UOP for 17 years. Dr. Patricia’s interest is in DEIB and leadership and how they intersect.
