Dr. Russ Carfagno

Dr. Russ Carfagno has been teaching for over 15 years at the University level and is honored to be a part of the team at the University of Phoenix. His teaching is focused on areas of business, marketing, operations, and leadership. His expertise includes course delivery and development both online and on campus, dissertation advisement, as well as a detailed understanding of various LMS and delivery methodologies. His research has focused on value-based leadership and how values impact the way in which followers prefer to be led.
