Dr. Treka Spraggins

Dr. Spraggins has a career that spans more than 35 years. She has worked in social services, business/finance, and local public school districts and is a teaching faculty member of doctoral students at another university.

She believes human capital resources are our nation's best commodity and most valuable product. She is an alumnus of the University of Phoenix.
