Jessica Sylvester, MBA

Jessica Sylvester, MBA, is a higher education leader with over 18 years of experience driving institutional excellence and student success. As Senior Manager of College Operations, she leverages data-driven insights to foster collaboration and enhance strategic efficiency. Sylvester's impact extends beyond administration to and into the classroom, where she serves as an Associate Faculty member in Social and Behavioral Sciences, Education and IT, earning the Phoenix 500 award in 2022 and 2023.

Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration, Sylvester's dissertation research focuses on the retention and progression of non-traditional women students in online higher education. She holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Social Work from Arizona State University.

With a passion for innovation in higher education, Sylvester's research interests include the exploration of how AI is reshaping skill demands, institutional practices and student learning experiences in the evolving landscape of higher education.
