Deep Dive: Academic Writing 101 Part I

This two-part session is designed to introduce students to the practice of writing for academic purposes. It will prepare students for work in doctoral courses in which research writing is a requirement and introduces basic research writing skills including: synthesizing, paraphrase, summarizing, direct quotations, and critical thinking.
