Troy Adams is a results-oriented and experienced IT leader and educator with 26 years of diverse experience, including 12 years in cybersecurity, 12 years in federal service, and 20 years teaching. He is skilled in IT support, management, cybersecurity, and education and is recognized for developing relationships, and solving problems.
He serves as Cyber Engagement Specialist at the US Dept of Health and Human Service's Health Sector Cybersecurity Coordination Center (HC3), constructing cybersecurity guidance, collaborating with industry partners, and representing the agency at conferences and exercises throughout the nation.
He has also served as Assistant Professor of Practice, School of Informatics Computing and Cyber Systems at Northern Arizona University.
Education:
Troy Adams holds multiple graduate degrees from the University of Arizona in Cybersecurity and Management Information Systems, and from the University of Phoenix in Business Administration.
He has served in several IT roles overseeing IT systems and security for multiple companies and federal agencies.
